A 6-Step Journey from Concept to Completion
Sketch Design
We begin with a site visit and creative consultation to define your vision, style, and functional needs while exploring opportunities and constraints. From this, we develop hand drawn design sketches that translate your brief into an initial concept. Through continuous collaboration and refinement, the design is shaped to align with your goals, timeline, and budget.
Design Development
Here we develop the initial sketches into a fully detailed design, defining material selections, interior to exterior relationships, floor plans, layouts, joinery concepts, and spatial flow. Our team produces precise 2D drawings and a 3D model that clearly communicate the form, atmosphere, and functionality of the project, bringing your vision to life.
Development Application
Not all projects require a development application with the local authority. When required, we manage the entire process including coordination with town planners, preparation of all necessary documentation with consultants, submission of the application, and follow up through all stages of review and approval.
Interior design
Here we develop an interior design concept that enhances flow, balance, and harmony with the architectural vision of your home. Our interior design team creates a detailed 3D model, defining all elements from joinery, cabinetry, and storage to finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
Building approval plans + documentation
All architectural projects require building approval from the relevant certifier before construction can commence.
